Yes. Our licensed providers may prescribe FDA-approved medications such as Semaglutide (Ozempic®, Wegovy®) and Tirzepatide (Mounjaro®, Zepbound®) if clinically appropriate. We also offer compounded versions. These medications are part of a broader, supervised program that includes lab work, nutritional guidance, and ongoing follow-up.

Yes. We conduct comprehensive lab work before starting to better understand your metabolism, organ function, thyroid function, and overall health. This ensures your weight loss plan is tailored, safe, and effective.

Results vary, but many patients lose 3-4 lbs a week in the first 3–6 months with consistent participation. We focus on sustainable weight loss that supports long-term health, not crash diets.

The program is offered in monthly plans, and most patients benefit from committing for at least 3 to 12 months, depending on their individual goals. We also offer membership options for continued wellness support even after your goal weight is achieved.

Orchid Wellness accepts both insurance and cash payments, but our medical weight loss program is primarily cash-based. This allows us to provide added value through resources like our custom workout app, nutrition counseling, follow-ups, and compounded medications services that are typically not covered by insurance.

We do not provide superbills for reimbursement. However, if your insurance covers certain medications (like Semaglutide or Tirzepatide), we can create a hybrid plan with your insurance covering the medication and the rest of the program paid out of pocket.

You can also use HSA/FSA funds toward eligible portions of your care. We offer interest-free payment plans through Cherry for added affordability.

Yes! We offer convenient virtual visits for patients located in Texas, New York, and Washington, DC. Your consultation, check-ins, and even medication management can be handled remotely.

Absolutely. We provide personalized support through our nutrition counseling, access to a custom workout app, and lifestyle coaching based on our MySWANS™ framework, focusing on Sleep, Water, Activity, Nutrition, and Stress Management for total wellness.
