No. The $165 consultation stands on its own. You come in, complete your intake, get your labs reviewed, and decide whether to move forward. There is no long-term contract. Monthly enrollment is month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days notice. If you are using Cherry financing, your financing term determines your commitment length.
Labs are required if you have no recent bloodwork or your last labs are older than 3 months. The $125 panel covers CMP, CBC, HbA1c, TSH, and a lipid panel. You can go to LabCorp or Quest at your convenience, or add mobile phlebotomy for $75 and have a licensed phlebotomist come to you.
Sublingual tablets deliver the same medication through absorption under the tongue. They are a clinically appropriate option for patients who prefer to avoid injections, have needle anxiety, or want a simpler daily routine. Yes. Medical weight loss is available via telehealth in Texas, New York, Virginia, and Washington DC. The Styku baseline scan is available for in-person patients in Carrollton, TX. Telehealth patients can use mobile phlebotomy for lab draws. Medication is shipped to your door in all states where Chelsea is licensed to practice.
Retatrutide is a triple-agonist GLP-1 receptor agonist that works on three separate receptors rather than one or two. It is a newer formulation with a more complex titration protocol dosed by week rather than by month. A consultation with Chelsea is required before starting Retatrutide. Whether it is appropriate for you depends on your health history, prior GLP-1 experience, and clinical goals.
