Pricing is confirmed at your consultation based on your medication and dose. Additional visits beyond your included monthly visit are $99 each.
No. The $165 consultation stands on its own. You come in, complete your intake, get your labs reviewed, and decide whether to move forward. There is no long-term contract. Monthly enrollment is month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days notice. If you are using Cherry financing, your financing term determines your commitment length.
Labs are required if you have no recent bloodwork or your last labs are older than 3 months. The $125 panel covers CMP, CBC, HbA1c, TSH, and a lipid panel. You can go to LabCorp or Quest at your convenience, or add mobile phlebotomy for $85 and have a licensed phlebotomist come to you.
Sublingual tablets deliver the same medication through absorption under the tongue. They are a clinically appropriate option for patients who prefer to avoid injections, have needle anxiety, or want a simpler daily routine.
