Yes. Memberships can be cancelled at any time. Please contact our office at (469) 892-0194 or email [emailprotected] at least 5 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
Membership discounts apply to all eligible wellness services at Orchid Wellness. Some restrictions may apply to specialty programs, medications, and third-party products. Our team is happy to clarify what your discount covers at your next visit.
Yes. To change your membership tier, contact our office and we will assist with the transition. Upgrades take effect on your next billing cycle. Please note that downgrading will reset your 6-month milestone for the IV Therapy upgrade discount.
Your lipotropic allotment resets each month on your billing anniversary date. Unused shots do not roll over to the following month, so we encourage you to schedule your visits consistently throughout the month.
After every 6 months of continuous membership without cancellation, you unlock a one-time IV Therapy upgrade discount. Thrive members receive 20% off, Flourish members receive 30% off, and Orchid Elite members receive 50% off. The discount applies to a single IV Therapy upgrade of your choice.
The Tirzepatide Maintenance membership is designed for patients who have already completed a weight loss program and reached their goal weight. At $450/month with medical oversight included, it saves $214/month compared to the full tirzepatide program ($499 medication + $165 oversight = $664/month). It is not intended as a starting point for new weight loss patients. If you are just beginning, please explore our medical weight loss programs and book a consultation with Chelsea Asante, FNP-C.
The Insured Weight Loss membership is specifically structured for patients whose insurance covers the cost of weight loss medications. If your insurance does not cover weight loss medications, our standard tirzepatide, semaglutide, or phentermine programs may be a better fit. Contact us if you are unsure.
Memberships are billed monthly through Stripe and cannot be combined with Cherry financing for subscription payments. However, Cherry financing is available for individual services and treatments purchased separately. Visit our Cherry financing page to apply.
