Getting Started with the App
- Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) on your device.
- Search for "MyOrchid" and tap Install / Get.
- Once installed, open the app and log in using the email address you registered with at Orchid Wellness.
- If you've forgotten your password, tap "Forgot Password" to reset it via email.
First time? If you've never registered with Orchid Wellness, book your first appointment at our booking portal — your account is created automatically.
The MyOrchidWellness App gives you access to your full care experience in one place:
- Book, reschedule, or cancel appointments
- Join telehealth visits directly from the app
- Track your wellness with the MySWANS™ tracker
- View lab results and prescriptions
- Message your provider securely via the Patient Portal
- Shop supplements, books, and wellness products
Appointments & Scheduling
Tap the Schedule tab in the app to book or cancel an appointment.
Important: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 late cancellation fee.
You can reschedule directly through the Schedule tab in the app. If you experience any issues, please call our office at (469) 892-0194 and we'll be happy to assist you.
Yes. Telehealth appointments for patients in Texas, New York, Virginia, and Washington D.C. can be booked directly through the app. You can also use our extended-hours telehealth portal at telehealth.myorchidwellness.com for weekend and evening availability.
Telehealth Visits
You'll receive a link and notification in the app 10 minutes before your appointment starts. To prepare:
- Make sure notifications are enabled for the app in your phone settings.
- Test your camera and microphone in advance.
- Find a quiet, private space with good lighting and a stable internet connection.
- Tap the link in your notification to join the visit.
Check your appointment in the Schedule tab — the visit link is also available there. If the appointment window has passed, please call us at (469) 892-0194 to reschedule as soon as possible.
Orchid Wellness currently provides telehealth to patients in Texas, New York, Virginia, and Washington D.C. Maryland is coming soon. Extended-hours visits including weekends and select evenings are available at telehealth.myorchidwellness.com.
Messaging & Lab Results
Yes. Use the Patient Portal tab for secure communication with your provider. Response time is typically within one business day. For urgent matters, please call (469) 892-0194 directly.
Lab results and prescriptions are available in the Patient Portal tab once your provider has reviewed and released them. You'll receive an in-app notification when new results are ready.
If you have questions about your results, send a secure message through the Patient Portal or call the clinic directly.
Billing & Payment Plans
- Visit pay.withcherry.com/orchid-wellness to prequalify. It takes just a few minutes.
- Once approved, notify our staff of your approval.
- Complete checkout through the app or at the clinic.

Consistent daily logging gives you weekly charts, 30-day trends, and streak tracking so you can see your progress over time.
Yes. The MySWANS tracker supports integration with Sworkit for movement and workout tracking. Additional integrations may be added over time. If you'd like to suggest a specific app, email us at [email protected].

Technical Issues
Try these steps in order:
- Log out and log back in to refresh your session.
- Restart your device completely.
- Update the app — check the App Store or Google Play for the latest version.
- Delete and reinstall the app if the issue persists (your data is saved securely in the cloud).
Still having trouble? Email [email protected] with a description of the issue and a screenshot if possible. We'll respond within one business day.
- Go to your phone's Settings → Notifications.
- Find MyOrchid in the app list and make sure notifications are turned On.
- Ensure Allow Alerts, Sounds, and Badges are all enabled.
- Open the app and check that push notifications are enabled in the app settings as well.
Notifications are especially important for telehealth appointments — you'll receive your join link 10 minutes before your visit starts.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
