MySWANS™
A Graceful Return to You
This is not a book about becoming someone new. It is a guide to returning to who you already are. Beneath the exhaustion, the over-functioning, and the survival mode, there is a version of you that is whole. MySWANS™ shows you the way back.

More than a guide.
An invitation home.
MySWANS™ was born from a real moment. Not a perfect one. Chelsea wrote this book from the edge of her own exhaustion, because she needed it to exist before she could help anyone else find their way back.
Rooted in the five foundational pillars of whole-person wellness, this book is a clinical framework wrapped in personal narrative. It is for every person who has mastered the art of functioning well enough to look okay on the outside while quietly unraveling on the inside.
The framework
inside the book.
Each chapter of MySWANS™ is devoted to one pillar, covering the clinical science, the personal reality, and the practical tools to restore it in your own life.
Where healing happens. Where hormones reset. Reclaiming rest as a clinical priority, not a luxury.
How chronic dehydration masks itself as fatigue, brain fog, and irritability, and how to make hydration a ritual.
Movement is not punishment. It is presence. It is how we signal to our nervous systems that we are safe.
Healing the relationship with food. Moving from guilt and restriction toward nourishment and intention.
Chronic stress rewires the body. This chapter covers the biology, the boundaries, and the path back to calm.
If you have been surviving
when you were born to thrive,
this book is for you.
MySWANS™ was written for the person who keeps going. Who shows up for everyone. Who functions well on the outside while quietly losing themselves underneath. It was written because Chelsea has been that person, and because she sees her in her patients every day.
Your space
to return.
Designed to work alongside the book, the MySWANS™ Journal provides structure, accountability, and the quiet space to actually do the work. Not just read about it.
