Getting Started with the App
Q: How do I download and log into the MyOrchid App?
A: Search for “MyOrchid” in the App Store or Google Play. After installing, log in using the email you registered with at Orchid Wellness. If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password” to reset it.
Q: What services can I access through the app?
A: You can book appointments, join telehealth visits, track wellness goals (MySWANS), view prescriptions and lab results, and access the MyOrchid Shop.
Appointments and Scheduling
Q: How do I book or cancel an appointment?
A: Use the “Schedule” tab to schedule or cancel. Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the $50 late cancellation fee.
Q: I need to reschedule—what should I do?
A: You can reschedule directly through the app. If you experience issues, please call our office.
Virtual Visits and Messaging
Q: How do I join my telehealth appointment?
A: You’ll receive a link and notification in the app 10 minutes before your appointment. Ensure that notifications are enabled and your camera and microphone are functioning.
Q: Can I message my provider?
A: Yes. Use the “Patient Portal” tab for secure communication. Response time is typically within one business day.
Billing and Payment Plans
Q: How do I apply for Cherry Payment Plans?
A: Visit https://pay.withcherry.com/orchid-wellness to prequalify. Once approved, notify our staff and complete checkout through the app or at the clinic.
Wellness Tracking with MySWANS
Q: How do I use the wellness tracking feature?
A: Tap the “MySWANS” section to log your sleep, water intake, physical activity, nutrition, and stress levels. You can also sync with Sworkit to track movement and workouts.
Shop and Product Support
Q: Where can I purchase supplements, books, or journals?
A: Visit the “Shop” section in the app or go to www.myorchidwellness.com/shop to browse curated wellness tools and self-care products.
Technical Issues
Q: The app isn’t working properly—what should I do?
A: Try the following steps:
